Anna is honest, professional, dedicated, and very knowledgeable. She has a great address book of equally competent and honest experts (home inspectors, structural engineers) that will reassure any first-time home buyer about the soundness of their decision. As her clients, we have felt like she always had our interest in mind, and we now consider Anna as a friend, and trust her advice. She also has been incredibly patient with us, even as we backed out of one contract and decided to post-pone our purchase to later. From day one, Anna has been extremely responsive and has gone the extra mile each and every time. We are very grateful to her for being there for us.
We had a great experience with Anna, who helped us buy our first house, in Berkeley. We took our time--almost a year from when we first met her--and only bid infrequently, but she never pushed at all and actually raised questions when she thought we might be pursuing something against our interests. She was very available and entirely willing to work with our busy schedules. She provided great advice based on her experience as a parent of young kids in the same neighborhood. She also brought in excellent people for the inspection and structural evaluation. Plus, we actually like her, and enjoyed the time we spent together figuring all of this out, which is a rare pleasure in buying a house.
Anna was our agent for a house we recently bought in Berkeley. She was absolutely wonderful during all steps of the process, from helping identify neighborhoods of potential interest, writing offers on several properties until we found the right one, to seamlessly manage the whole process and close on time. She was always available, sometimes even late at night if that's the only time we could find to talk. We were first time home buyers so the entire process was rather foreign. In addition, we come from Spain where the buying and selling process is quite different than in the States. Anna herself grew up in Barcelona so she brought the European perspective and helped us understand the differences. (It certainly helped that we could speak with her in Spanish, though I'll note that she's fluent/conversant in many other languages other than English including Dutch, Italian, French and Cat…

I'm sure many other agents have the same openness but it was genuine with her and it led to a great deal of trust.
Anna is a fantastic real estate agent and a joy to work with in every way from real estate negotiation to supporting community projects. She helped our family acquire residential investment property in Berkeley and continues to help us search for more following a set of criteria that significantly limit our range of purchase options. Her patience and commitment to find the right property is testament to her core values of serving her clients as well as possible.
