I grew up in Davis, but I’ve been living in the Bay Area for over 22 years and in Albany over 12.

I moved here for the diversity and opportunity, and I fell in love with the culture and sense of community. After graduating college, my brother and I started a general contracting business, McCaffrey Brothers, Inc. We specialize in green-minded design-build projects for both indoor and outdoor living spaces. While searching for my own home, I recognized the unique relationship between contracting and real estate, and studied to become a REALTOR®.

My career as a designer and builder has been valuable in assisting clients who are buying and selling real estate. Through decades of experience, I’ve built a professional team of trusted subcontractors – some of the best in the Bay – who work alongside me at every step to bring out the best in your home. We will identify areas of potential and pinpoint elements that can help refresh your home for resale and capture its maximum value. Helping people is what drives me, whether it’s a friend or family member, a client, or my kids. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me on the field, coaching one of my boys’ sports teams. I thoroughly enjoy teaching them - and their teammates - about the values of sportsmanship, respect, hard work, confidence, and teamwork.

It is my ongoing goal to impart these values in my boys – and in their teammates – and it is incredibly fulfilling. I always try to illuminate that being a part of a team strengthens relationships through friendship, humility, accountability, and compassion. These are values I try to practice in every aspect of life, because relationships mean everything to me.
