Born and raised in Oakland, Colby has extensive knowledge of the East Bay Area and a deep understanding and appreciation of its many diverse neighborhoods.

A full-time real estate professional for 5 years, he provides clients with a comprehensive understanding of the local market; offering insightful advice and guidance to those looking to buy, sell or invest in the area. A degree in economics is fundamental to Colby’s ability to understand and clearly communicate the forces that coalesce to create our local real estate market.

With this deep understanding of the market, Colby helps strategically position his clients for the best possible outcomes. Before his transition into real estate, Colby worked in the nonprofit sector providing youth sports and education programming for at-risk school-age students in Richmond, San Francisco and Philadelphia.

His commitment to community service is a thread that continues to guide his work as a real estate professional. His personal commitment and motto “Trust Before Transactions” is the foundation for all his business relationships. Colby currently lives in the Piedmont Pines neighborhood of Oakland with his wife Iman and children Lena and Luke. When he isn’t working, you may find him playing soccer, spending time outdoors with his family, listening to music or working on his house.
